REGULATE: October All-Access LIVE | Standard Rate

Tuesdays at 8am & Thursdays at 12pm EST
October 5-28

As we are now well past 18 months in the pandemic, do you feel like you are going back and forth between feeling good and feeling anxious? Stressed or depressed? Even angry?

If so, you are not alone. Studies have shown that many people are experiencing "pandemic flux syndrome". Being excited to meet up in person with friends again, only to realize they just want to retreat and go home. With the uncertainty of the "end" of the pandemic, the back and forth on what is okay to do now vs. recommendations of what to do and what not to do, it can easily exacerbate all of our feelings.

Join me this month as we explore ways to regulate our nervous system.

We'll explore the reason "why" yoga asana makes us feel better. When you know why, your practice can shift from something you just follow along with, to something that truly allows you to gain in understanding yourself. It may make it easier to do some of these things on your own, especially in a moment of dysregulation.

Our practice will follow a vinyasa format, working primarily with asana, meditation and pranayama.

We'll also focus on:

-- what is trauma and how does it affect us?
-- if we are dysregulated, what can we do?
-- how can I work on judging myself less?
-- what does it mean to be resilient?

Practice will be a well rounded hour long vinyasa practice, with at least 10 min of slowing down and resting at the end.

All classes are live-streamed on Zoom on Tuesday mornings at 8am EST and Thursdays at 12pm EST, from October 5-28. I’ll be available 10 minutes before and after class for questions and to check-in. If you miss a practice, you'll have access to the replay for a week.

Suggested props: 2 blocks, a strap, 1-2 blankets (or towels), a bolster or firm pillows

The livestream class format is ideal for building a consistent practice within a supportive community. The regular class time will help with personal accountability and prioritizing your well-being. Your enrollment in this month-long class package is a one time payment (not a monthly subscription).
