Pilates (Just Your) Mat

This open-level Pilates Mat class requires just a mat and 45 minutes of your day. Build coordination as we flow with the breath to mobilize the spine and strengthen the core.

Here’s what you can expect from this class:
-clear explanation of proper form and alignment
-steady pace to maximize rhythm, flow, and precision
-movement in all planes and positions (including standing)

This class is available to you for the month of September, and with unlimited replay until September 30th, you can practice with it as much as you like for the entire month.
