If you're an athlete of any kind and/or work at a desk, you'll benefit from this 3 part series. Each workshop will be 30 minutes of active recovery movement and breath work.
There will be a focus on the hips, thoracic spine, chest, shoulders, ankles, and feet so that you can feel ready to handle your next workout or day at the office.
Please bring a mat, light to moderate weight, and a yoga block or 2.
