Pilates Sneaky Strength Series 1 | 30 min

This is the beginning of a 3 part sneaky strength series that will continue through August. In this series you will work on strength resistance training combined with mobility movements.

In part 1 you will use a yoga block/s to build full body STRENGTH.

-Core work (abs, hips)
-Upper body (shoulders, triceps)
-Full body
-Standing balance

By then end of the 30 mins you will be surprised how effective a light yoga block can be to create resistance. Similar to using a weight!
