In this Kundalini practice, we'll work to balance the Pitta (fire) of the summer season, with a grounding, cooling, and watery flow.
An ideal evening or mid-day practice, we'll use mantra and kriyas to create a sense of tranquility and balance, leaving you rested and ready to re-visit or release the day.
This class is on the gentle side and is suitable for all levels.
Recommended props: 1-2 blankets and a pillow
