Gentle Practice Bundle | 35 + 40 mins

Available for rent from June 1-30th.

I created this Gentle Practice Bundle to give you the opportunity to customize your practice to meet your schedule.

Each class is about 35minutes, and can be practiced individually if you're short on time, or together for a full class experience. Both classes complement each other, so feel free to mix them up!

1 - Gentle Twisting (35mins)
An easeful, intuitive approach to twisting, this practice is a warming experience from head-to-toe. We play with fun, mindful movements that support length and creating space in the body.

2 - Gentle Backbending (40mins)
In this short backbending practice, you'll have the opportunity to customize your experience as we slowly build upon each pose.

Here's what you can expect:
• Clear instructions designed to put you in the drivers seat of your practice.
• Feel-good movements that support how the body moves.
• Well-rounded, yet concise practices to help fit your schedule.

Open Level

Recommended props: 1-2 blankets, 2 blocks or books

These practices are available to you for the month of June, and with unlimited replay until June 30th you can practice with them as much as you like for the entire month. (These classes are also included in my Class Library which has 20 other classes to complement your practice. It's also available for rent here.)
