Runner’s Special | 55 min.
A yoga sequence designed specifically with runners in mind. This practice includes strengthening and stretching for all the key muscle groups used by runners including hamstrings, glutes, rotators (hips), and IT band. It is a great companion to days off, as a warm up or post-run. And if you don't run, I'm sure you'll enjoy it too. You have the same parts :)
