Spring Awakening: Yin Yoga + Kundalini Breath I 60 minutes
This gentle to intermediate practice is designed to create a sense of movement, space and freedom within the body as we transition from the cool and cohesive nature of winter to a more fluid and warm spring energy.
Using Kundalini breathing techniques to access and guide prana up the spine, from the root to crown and Yin Yoga hip and heart opening opening poses, this class will create a sense of expansion and freedom as the heaviness of winter is released.
