First Live Class: Monday, April 5
Spine Time is an open level weekly class series with a focus on core strength and spinal mobility.
-Dynamic warm-ups to increase mobility in your spine
-Exercises to soothe back pain
-How to strengthen your core muscles to better support your spine
Classes take place over Zoom on Mondays from 1-1:45pm est between April 5-26th. The virtual classroom opens ten minutes prior to class and I always make myself available afterwards to chat and answer questions.
A class playback library will be made available to you for the entire month so you can revisit your favorite practices, or catch up on the ones you missed live.
Recommended props: 2 blocks, 2 blankets, a strap (and/or resistance band), and a pair of yoga tune up or tennis balls.
