First live class: Wednesday, April 7th
This program is a 4-week progressive vinyasa class series designed to build strength and increase mobility for backbending asanas. You’ll have the opportunity to explore a different backbend each week within a creative and thoughtful flow.
-How to effectively prepare the body for simple and complex backbending postures
-How to improve spinal mobility and strength
-How to use props to enhance your backbending experience
Classes take place over Zoom between April 7-30 on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12pm-12:45pm est. The virtual classroom opens ten minutes prior to class and I always make myself available afterwards to chat and answer questions. If you miss a class or want to revisit it, the playback will be available for one week.
Recommended props: 2 blocks, 2 blankets, and a strap (and/or resistance band).
