Classes March 2-25
Set yourself up for a month of community, movement and well-being in this series of lunchtime yoga classes. Each class will be breath-centered flow -- more vigorous on Tuesdays and more restorative on Thurs -- to give you balance in your body and living. Appropriate for all levels.
-yoga asana (poses) and creative variations
-breathing and meditation techniques
-yoga philosophy and ethics
This month's focus is on the Niyamas: yogic ethical precepts for self. Saucha (Purity), Santosha (Contentment), Tapas (Discipline), Svhadhyaya (Self Study), Ishvara Pranidhana (Devotion)
Classes take place over Zoom every Tues and Thurs 12-1pm EST I start each class with a check-in and will be available for 10 minutes after class for questions. You can always message me privately as well. If you miss a class, playback will be available for one week
Prop recommendations: 2 blocks, a blanket or towel, and a mat
The livestream class format is ideal for building a consistent practice within a supportive community. The regular class time will help with personal accountability and prioritizing your well-being. Your enrollment in this month-long class package is a one-time payment (not a monthly subscription).
