Beginnings: March All-Access Live | Community Price

Starting Thursday, March 4th 9:00 am ET

Bring consistency and community to your practice with a month of bi-weekly livestream classes. March classes will focus on beginnings. As the ice melts and we adapt to the shifting social and political landscape, I invite you to join me to take a fresh breath. Like the first breaths of an infant, breathing with your whole body, renewing and beginning once more with a commitment to clarity and humility as forever students.

Beginnings will help us confront us with all that is left unchanged and all that is new. Meeting our uncertainty over our personal and collective ability to adapt and evolve as tensions grow will be the philosophical and asana focus.

-Movement focus on gradual load increases
-Breath work that focuses on stillness. Building our ability to sit with uncertainty and discomfort gradually.
-Community building that nurtures the acceptance of the self and The Other: imperfection, mistakes, anger and deviance from socio-cultural norms- the true human experience.

Live classes on Thursdays 9am ET and Sundays 10am ET (March 4th, 7th, 11th, 14th, 18th, 21st, 26th and 28th). I will be available 5 minutes before and after live classes for check-ins. Recordings of each live class be made available for 7 days of play back.

Recommended props: a yoga mat, a towel or blanket, a resistance band (substitute stretchy stockings, kids' tights or a scarf), hand weights (2-5 lbs or canned beans), 2 yoga blocks (coffee table, low stool, books).
