Mobility + Strength: March All-Access Live | Community Price

First live class: Wednesday, March 3

Energize, move, and soothe your body in Mobility + Strength. Classes will include exercises to help support you in your daily functional movement and yoga asana practice. We’ll address common areas of tension and tightness such as the neck and shoulders, lower back, hips, and hamstrings. We'll roll, flow, sit, stand, push, pull, balance, and get good use out of all our yoga props.

You’ll learn:
-Accessible movement sequences to stabilize and mobilize your joints from the ground up
-How to improve proprioception and balance
-Simple but effective tools to soothe your nervous system

Classes take place over Zoom between March 3-31 on Wednesdays and Fridays.  The virtual classroom opens ten minutes prior to the first class and I always make myself available afterwards to chat and answer questions. Come when you can and leave when you need to. If you miss a class or want to revisit it, the playback will be available for one week.

Recommended props: 2 blocks, 2 blankets, a strap (and/or resistance band), and a pair of yoga tune up or tennis balls.
