Ground and Calm

Ground and Calm is a gentle mini-practice rooted in the Kundalini yoga tradition.

Designed to instill a sense of peace, calm and grounding, this practice was designed to balance out those long cold winter nights.

Using Ayurveda, yoga's sister science as a guide, this class is designed as a vata (air and ether) balancing practice.
