Two Short 30-Minute Practices | Bundle

Each practice in this bundle is 30minutes, giving you the opportunity to either practice for a full hour, or practice one at a time.

Morning Practice (30mins)
A short, flowing practice that warms the body from head to toe.  It offers a steady build with accessible movements that build strength and resiliency.  

Mindful Movement, Open Shoulders (30mins)
A mindful practice focusing on opening the shoulders and heart.  We glide through flowing movements for the arms and shoulders, ending with a lovely restorative pose to tie it all together.  

These practices are available to you for the month of January, and with unlimited replay until January 31st you can replay them as much as you like for the entire month. They are also available in my expanding library of classes, also for rental here.
