Bring consistency and community to your practice with a month of bi-weekly livestream classes. February classes will focus on community building through discussion guided by antiracist philosophy and ethics. We will then unite through a practice of self love in movement. Radical thought and radical action toward dismantling a system of oppression requires radical self love. February will be a time to recognize our right to nurture love and trust in ourselves as we resist and defy cultural, social and political norms.

Live classes on Thursdays and Sundays (February 4th, 7th, 11th, 14th, 18th, 21st, 26th and 28th). I will be available 5 minutes before and after live classes for check-ins. Recordings of each live class be made available for 7 days of play back.
Recommended props: a yoga mat, a towel or blanket, a resistance band (substitute stretchy stockings, kids' tights or a scarf), hand weights (2-5 lbs or canned beans), 2 yoga blocks (coffee table, low stool, books).
