Dance Cardio - Wednesdays at 6:15PM EST
Come dance with me. All levels welcomed. The Dance Cardio class is a fusion of African, Caribbean, Modern and HipHop dance techniques. There’s a little bit of everything in there, to get our heart rate up and endorphins flowing.
Live classes are 55 min.

Enjoy these 3 workouts, under 10 min each, to get you moving when you may be short on time. Includes Cardio Barbie, a low impact warmup, Arm Dance, and the "Lazy Workout." I call it the "Lazy Workout" because we never leave the floor, but that doesn't mean it's easy.
Suggested props: 2 light weights or cans
Abs + Legs
Under 25 mins of a Contemporary Pilates Class where we target Abs and legs.
Beginner Groove Class
Open level HipHop Fusion. Under 20 mins of sweat and groove. Sneakers recommended.
