Your Dynamic Pelvic Floor
Props needed: a broomstick, yoga block, yoga mat
Many of us have done Kegels or pelvic floor contractions, and yes they can be effective, but in a sense when we do a Kegel it is a very isolating action. Plus, it can be a bit boring. In this class, we will explore how dynamic the pelvic floor is and experience that it is much more than just the pelvic floor muscles at play.
