A livestream weekly class, plus 2 recorded videos to practice on your own time. Classes will include yoga, strengthening exercises, soft tissue massage, restorative work, and reflection.
Restorative: A practice to encourage deep rest and renewal. Supported by yoga props, we'll gently move through a complete practice to elicit your parasympathetic nervous system and refresh your energy.
Lower Body Tune-Up: An upbeat sequence to massage, tone, and mobilize your feet, legs, and hips
Classes take place over Zoom every Saturday, 11-12:15pm EST, December 5-26th. I’ll be there 10 minutes before and after class so we can hang out, Q&A, and meet each other’s pets. If you miss a class the playback will be available for one week.
Please have 2 blocks, a strap, 1-2 blankets, a bolster, and therapy balls if possible.
Your enrollment in this month-long class package is a one time payment (not a monthly subscription).
