Drop-In Class with Jocelyn

A practice to build stability, flexibility, grace, and resilience. Class will include yoga, strengthening exercises, soft tissue massage, restorative work, and reflection.

Please have 2 blocks, a strap, 1-2 blankets, and therapy balls if possible. You can sign up for this class up to 30 minutes before class start time, at which point registration will be closed.
