LIVE CLASSES November 1 - 30th (Thursdays and Sundays for live classes)
Bring consistency, accountability, and community to your practice with a month of bi-weekly livestream classes.
60 minute classes take place over Zoom every Thursday at 9 am EST and Sunday at 10 am EST. November 1 - 30th. I’ll be there 10 minutes before and after class so we can hang out and Q&A. If you miss a class the playback will be available for one week.
These classes will focus of a combination of breath work targeting pelvic floor and core health, strength training, yoga asana and active rest.
A yoga mat, a towel or blanket, a resistance band (substitute stretchy stocking or a scarf), hand weights (2-5 lbs or canned beans), 2 yoga blocks (coffee table, low stool, books).
Your enrollment in this month-long class package is a one time payment (not a monthly subscription).
