Fall Flow & Restore | Balance your Body & Mind

This Flow & Restore class begins with a slow steady meditative flow to stoke the inner fire, followed by grounding and restorative poses to calm and balance the mind and body. We will also practice a balancing pranayam. This yoga class is perfect as we transition into fall and is suited for all levels.
