Drop-In Class with Jamel

Yin Yoga is a slow, cooling practice created to release connective tissues, stimulate energetic channels, and create space to watch the breath and become more acquainted with your body.

Props are used to hold Poses anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes to allow a deep release. All levels & adult humans are welcome.

Suggested props:
2-3 Blankets
2 Blocks
1 Bolster or cushion

You can sign up for this classes up to 30 mins before class start time, at which point registration will be closed.
