Drop-In Class with Jamel

Yin Yoga is a slow, cooling practice created to release connective tissues, stimulate energetic channels, and create space to watch the breath and become more acquainted with your body.

Props are used to hold Poses anywhere from 1 to 8 minutes to allow a deep release. All levels & adult humans are welcome.

Yin Asana combines Yin Yoga's slow cooling practice with the fast warming practice of vinyasa yoga. The offering begins with us holding Yin Yoga poses anywhere from 1-5 mins followed by a heated vinyasa practice

Suggested props:
2-3 Blankets
2 Blocks
1 Bolster or cushion

You can sign up for either of these classes up to 30 mins before class start time, at which point registration will be closed.

Time of Day: Yin Asana on Saturdays from 12-1pm | Yin on Sundays from 1-2pm.
