This will be a one hour vinyasa practice, with REACH as the focus. Practice will be a well rounded practice with a slow rise and at least 10 minutes of slowing down and rest at the end. Please feel free to modify as you need.
I'd recommend having these props on hand, if you need them: 2 blocks, a strap (belt or scarf), a blanket (or towel) and a bolster or 1-2 firm pillows.
You can sign up for this class up to 30 minutes before class start time, at which point registration will be closed.
