Drop-in class with Sangeeta

This will be a one hour vinyasa practice, with a focus on pigeon pose. Practice will be a well rounded practice - please feel free to modify as you need.

I'd recommend having these props on hand, if you need them: 2 blocks, a strap and a blanket. You can sign up for this class up to 30 minutes before class start time, at which point registration will be closed.
