This will be a one hour vinyasa practice, with being ROOTED as the focus. Practice will be a well rounded practice + at least 10 minutes of slowing down and rest at the end. Please feel free to modify as you need.
I'd recommend having these props on hand, if you need them: 2 blocks, a strap (belt or scarf), a blanket (or towel) and a bolster or 1-2 firm pillows.
You can sign up for this class up to 30 minutes before class start time, at which point registration will be closed.
