A twice-weekly practice to build stability, flexibility, grace, and resilience. Class will include yoga, strengthening exercises, soft tissue massage or restorative work, and reflection.
Classes take place over Zoom every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30PM EST. November 2-30th. I’ll be there 10 minutes before and after class so we can hang out, Q&A, and meet each other’s pets. If you miss a class the playback will be available for one week.
Please have 2 blocks, a strap, 1-2 blankets, and therapy balls if possible.
Your enrollment in this month-long class package is a one time payment (not a monthly subscription).
