Teaching Style: I offer prerecorded yoga videos that allow students to practice on their own time: Vinyasa & alignment classes, restorative, pranayama, and meditation. Each practice consciously links breath and movement to create a meditative experience, brings focus to all movements of the spine, and concludes with a deep relaxation.
About me: I'm a queer artist, movement educator, meditation facilitator, musician, and student of urban farming & social justice at Farm School NYC. I'm passionate about earth care, animal welfare, and community building.
Since 2007, I’ve been sharing the practices of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation. I studied with many teachers from different lineages across different countries, and I respect and value those teachings deeply, as I continue to explore them in practice. I co-facilitated the Philosophy & Subtle Body teacher training at YogaWorks NYC and worked as an organizer for Unionize Yoga, the first ever yoga teacher union.
