Total Body Strength and Mobility For All Levels

End your week with this total body strength and mobility class for all levels. This class will be a great addition to your weekly strength program and/or yoga practice.

For this class you'll need a mat, block, and a light to medium kettlebell or dumbbell.

*You can sign up for this class up to 30 minutes before class start time, at which point registration will be closed.

Classes take place on Saturdays at 8 am PST/11AM EST.

*Classes for October will be held on October 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.
