First Live Class September 7th

Join me for this 4-week live class series, where we will explore Yin Yoga's practice. During August, we explored the concept of transitions and how transitions present themselves in our everyday lives, whether physical or emotional. During September, we will observe things as they come up during and after the Yin Yoga practice. The process of Observation allows us to gather pertinent information regarding our current state. Observing means noticing what is happening now, not what happened yesterday and what might transpires later. If you honor and pay attention to the "now," perhaps it can be accomplished with kindness and curiosity no matter the sensation, feelings, or thoughts.

As a community, we will focus on the core qualities of Yin Yoga and its rejuvenating effects on the Mind and Body, how the transitions between the Yin Yoga Poses allow us space to notice any physical, emotional, and spiritual happenings as they occur.

Yin Yoga Poses are held for more extended periods, thus providing an opportunity to go inward for self-reflection. We will also explore mindful movement practices centered on Yin(cooling) and Yang(warming) to use the Yin Yoga poses to get into our bodies instead of focusing on our body to get into poses. This Offering is open to all - Beginners are welcome

Live Classes take place over Zoom:

Tuesday 7 pm EST. Sep 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, and Thursday at 7 pm EST. Sep 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.

I'll be available 5 minutes before and after each class to chat and answer questions. You'll also get 7-day replays for each class if you need to miss one or would like to revisit it.
