Total Body Active Mobility for Athletes/Anyone With Tight Muscles

If you're an athlete of any kind and/or work at a desk, you'll benefit from this 30 minute total body recovery session.

There will be a focus on the hips, thoracic spine, chest, shoulders, ankles, and feet, so that you can feel ready to handle your next workout or day at work/life.

Please bring a mat and a light to moderate dumbbell kettlebell. If you do not have access to equipment, there will be modifications.
