First Live Class July 8th
During July, we will explore the healing modalities of Yin yoga and Restorative Yoga. We will dive deep into Yin poses as a community, followed by gentle and rejuvenating restorative Yoga. Yin and Restorative practices both use yoga props; however, these two different types of Yoga are so much different. This Offering is open to all - Beginners are welcome
- The effects of stimulating and Stressing Deep Connective Tissues in Yin Poses
- The relaxation and renewing effects of restorative Yoga
- Body Awareness Meditation practices to relieve stress
- Breath Awareness practices to help ease Anxiety
Classes take place over Zoom every Thursday at 6 pm EST. July 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th; Saturdays at 11 am pm EST. July 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st. I'll be available 5 minutes before and after each class to chat and answer questions. You'll also get 7-day replays for each class if you need to miss one or would like to revisit it.
This Livestream practice provides an opportunity to gather in a like-minded community of Yogis while in the comfort of your own home. The overall intention of this community's gathering is to create a safe and sacred place for us to explore the healing of the mind, body, and soul.
