Classes begin Saturday, December 4th
As the temperature continues to drop, we will keep the heat going. This month's class will be part contemporary Pilates Mat workout to build strength, and part myofascial release work to lengthen and stretch. This will create the ideal balance of hot and cool.
-contemporary Pilates mat work, emphasizing alignment and muscle activation
-myofascial release techniques to promote range of motion
-how to release unwanted tension
-basic anatomy and movement mechanics of treated areas
Live Classes take place over Zoom at the following days & times:
-Tuesdays, December 7, 14, 21, 28 @ 6-6:50pm EST
-Saturdays, December 4, 11, 18 @ 11-11:50am EST
Please note: there is no class on December 25
The meeting will start 5 minutes before class, so we have time to chat, ask questions, etc. Props recommended: 36" foam roller; franklin balls/tennis balls/any soft 3-4" balls; and yoga strap/belt.
In case you need to miss a class, or for anyone who wants to revisit the class, 7-day replays will be available to all students.
The livestream class format will help you build a consistent practice within a supportive community. Your enrollment in this month-long class package is a one-time payment (not a monthly subscription), and you'll have access to all eight classes and their replays.
