Myofascial Release: October All-Access Live | Community Rate

Classes begin Tuesday, October 5th

As we age, carving out time in our schedules for recovery, to care for our connective tissues and muscles, usually falls by the wayside. This month's classes will provide an opportunity to prioritize this important step in our fitness and wellness routines. This class will be part contemporary Pilates Mat workout, part myofascial release work, to create the perfect balance of work and recovery.

You'll learn:
-contemporary Pilates mat work, emphasizing alignment and muscle activation
-myofascial release techniques to promote range of motion
-how to release unwanted tension
-basic anatomy and movement mechanics of treated areas

Live Classes take place over Zoom at the following days & times:
-Tuesdays, October 5, 12, 19, 26 @ 6-6:50pm EST
-Saturdays, October 9, 16, 23, 30 @ 12-12:50pm EST; please note there is no class on October 2nd

The meeting will start 5 minutes before class, so we have time to chat, ask questions, etc. Props recommended: 36" foam roller; franklin balls/tennis balls/any soft 3-4" balls; and yoga strap/belt.

In case you need to miss a class, or for anyone who wants to revisit the class, 7-day replays will be available to all students.

The livestream class format will help you build a consistent practice within a supportive community. Your enrollment in this month-long class package is a one-time payment (not a monthly subscription), and you'll have access to all eight classes and their replays.
