This full body strength and conditioning session is a great introduction to kettlebell training and a refresh for students practicing the fundamentals. You will learn the deadlift, lunge, single arm row, and half-kneeling press, as well as core movements with bodyweight.
Options will be shown with dumbbells if you do not have access to kettlebells. This video format is ideal for busy workdays, as it can be done on your own time, at your own pace.
Equipment recommendations: 2 kettlebells or dumbbells (one heavier, one lighter), 1 mat, optional bench or table
