Pilates Mat Foam Roller | 60 min

In this mat class you will use the foam roller, as a counter weight, for self massage + support. You will move through active stretches, juicy spinal movements, gentle hip massage + traditional mat exercises. Mat exercises include supine abdominal series, side leg series, mermaid, swan, + knee stretches along with some fun variations on seated + standing work.
