Classes start May 3rd
A twice-weekly practice to build stability, flexibility, grace, and resilience. This month, we’ll focus on creating yogic rituals that nourish and sustain our well-being. We'll sharpen our understanding of how the practice can be beneficial to our health and what sort of practice we need in a given moment. Class will include yoga, strengthening exercises, pranayam (breath practice), soft tissue massage or restorative work, and reflection.
- The fundamentals of yoga asanas (yoga poses)
- To move with breath awareness and ease
- How yogic techniques can assist you in managing stress, improving your posture, and living with greater ease
Live classes take place over Zoom every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm EST May 3rd-31st. I’ll be there 5 minutes before and after class for questions. If you miss a class the playback will be available for one week.
The livestream class format will help you build a consistent practice within a supportive community. Your enrollment in this month-long class package is a one-time payment (not a monthly subscription).
Please have 2 blocks, a strap, 1-2 blankets or towels, and therapy or tennis balls if possible.
