Gentle: Give in to Joy

It can be difficult during hard times- like quarantine- to find joy. But joy is not only our birthright, it’s our truest self. In this gentle practice, we’ll move and breathe mindfully to open our hearts to give and receive joy.

This practice is suitable for all levels of practice, including absolute beginners.

This video format is ideal for busy workdays, as it can be done on your own time, at your own pace, as often as you wish!

Prop recommendations: 2 blocks, and a blanket is suggested but not required. Feel free to grab bed pillows, couch cushions, stack of books, paper towels or anything you have at home to use as props.
