This 90 min slow-paced and meditative asana practice starts and ends in Savasana. It moves through Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), long-sustained active and restorative poses, with strengthening invitations as well. Practice opens with a meditation from Alexis Pauline Gumbs’ book Undrowned: Black Feminist Lessons from Marine Mammals and closes with chanting.
