Show up for a class LIVE on Zoom. It doesn’t matter if you’re in your pajamas or if your home is in disarray. Give your pet/child a distraction. Connect. Breathe. Move. And then get on with your day.

Flow isn’t just referring to the vinyasa-style sequencing, but getting all the good stuff flowing: blood, lymph, endorphins, thoughts. Let’s get unstuck.
What else?
You’ll need either a large towel or throw blanket for sure... two blocks would be useful, but not required. If you plan on attending live, I take requests—I want to meet you where you are in each class and we’ll go from there.
When?
Mondays and Wednesdays 12:15pm ET (9:15am PT) throughout the month of January.
January 4, 6, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 27.
Each class will have playbacks for a week, so you can make it a daily practice if you choose. And also, sh*t happens, I get it, and you might not be able to make it to the live-streamed class. I’m here for you even if you can’t make it to the live class—message me with your revelations, questions, or if you just need to kvetch. ❤
