My All-Access offering for January is a hybrid of live classes and pre-recorded videos to give you both support and flexibility in your practice.

• 4 livestream Yin Yoga classes
  The live classes take place over Zoom on Tuesday's from 7pm-8pm EST, January 5th-26th. You'll also get 7-day replays for each class in case you need to miss one or would like to revisit it. I'll be available 10 minutes before and after each class to chat and answer questions.
