Movement Based Approach for Pelvic Pain

Pelvic pain can be pretty debilitating and can limit your everyday activities. Most of the go-to at home treatments may consist of over the counter medications, hot water bottle and limiting any movement to help decrease the pain. However, movement is actually needed and in the 1 hr grounded, gentle practice, we will explore various ways that you can help manage your pelvic pain.
