Liz's December video library offers an array of practices with varying lengths so you can choose your own adventure. 2020 has been a beast, and you deserve some TLC! I hope these videos offer you that. The library includes full length vinyasa and restorative classes, 20-30 minute vinyasa, standing and seated sequences, breathing practices and a stand alone guided savasana. All levels are welcome.
