A weekly yoga practice for all levels to build strength and flexibility. Whether you're a newer or seasoned practitioner, I'll give options to progress and regress poses so that you can make the choice that works best for you.
What can you expect in this class?
The format of this class will always include some floor work to warm up the body, and then lead into traditional standing yoga poses, followed by a luxurious wind down. We will also explore some form of pranayama (breath work) and/or meditation for a few minutes at the end of class.
Classes take place over Zoom on Tuesdays at 1pm EST/10am PST between December 1st-December 29th. If you miss a class or would like to take it again the playback will be available for one week.
I’ll be available 10 minutes before and after class to chat and answer questions.
Recommended props: 2 yoga blocks or a chair, a yoga strap, and a mat. If you don't have access to these things, no worries!
