Hands Free Yoga Flow - 45 mins

This movement sequence is designed specifically for those who need a break from weight bearing exercises with their arms. Maybe you sustained an injury, maybe you type or text too much (who? me???), maybe you're just not in the mood for another chaturanga.

While this is a "hands free" class, it is still a full-body experience, activating the circulatory, musculoskeletal and nervous systems. Expect to move!
