Wednesdays & Fridays | 12pm-1pm| July 8-July 31
This program is a 4-week progressive vinyasa class series designed to demystify arm balances and forward bends. You’ll have the opportunity to explore a different arm balance and forward bend each week within a creative and thoughtful flow.
You’ll get two weekly livestream classes on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you miss a class or would like to take it again the playback will be available for one week. This format provides structure to your learning and maximizes the benefits of our time together. Plus you’ll connect with a community of students all on the same ride!
I’ll be available 10 minutes before and after class to chat and answer questions.
For props you’ll need 1 blanket (or towel), and if possible 2 blocks and a strap (if not, no worries).
